5-MeO-DMT · Bufo Church
Where the soul blooms
A sacred sanctuary devoted to a single medicine — the sacrament of Bufo, the God Molecule. One doorway. One surrender. One remembering of who you have always been.
The One Sacrament
We serve one medicine and one only — 5-MeO-DMT, the sacred secretion of the Sonoran Desert Toad, Bufo Alvarius. Not a menu of medicines, but a single, undivided devotion.
Non-dual awareness
A direct experience of Divine Love — vast white light, unconditional belonging, the dissolution of every border between self and Source.
The great letting-go
To the ego this feels like death; to the soul, liberation. What you release in the surrender is only what was never truly you.
A return to innocence
Associated with Nirvikalpa Samadhi — union with Divine Consciousness. You return not as someone new, but as who you always were.
The Path
The sacrament itself is brief — the journey is everything that surrounds it, and it unfolds differently for every soul who walks through.
An intake screening and preparation call, a seven-day diet, breathwork, meditation, and the quiet setting of a single clear intention.
A protected, reverent container — cleansing ritual, opening prayer, guided breathwork, and the sacrament, held every moment by trained facilitators.
The closing circle is only the beginning. Integration is the soul-retrieval that unfolds over the weeks and months that follow — and we walk it with you.
A Safe & Sacred Space
5-MeO-DMT is one of the most potent entheogens known. It is never taken alone. Every ceremony is a trauma-informed container where you are guided, protected, and free.
What We Believe
Like the lotus that emerges through the mud and blossoms into beauty, we believe every soul carries the innate potential to rise beyond suffering, remember its true nature, and awaken to a deeper relationship with life, spirit, and community.
All life is interconnected and sacred. We live in harmony with the Earth — honoring nature as both teacher and sanctuary — and steward the sacrament with reverence and care.
The Divine is infinite and present in all things. Truth may be met through direct experience, and no single tradition holds exclusive claim to it. We welcome every sincere seeker.
Awakening is not an escape from life, but an invitation to embody greater compassion, integrity, wisdom, and love in service to ourselves, our community, and the world.

Honoring the Source
The Temple of the Lotus is committed to the ethical sourcing, sustainability, and responsible stewardship of the sacramental 5-MeO-DMT (Bufo) offered within our ceremonies.
Our sacrament is obtained through sources that prioritize environmental conservation, habitat protection, sustainable harvesting practices, and respect for the indigenous traditions from which this sacrament originates. We do not support exploitative harvesting practices, ecological destruction, animal cruelty, or unsustainable extraction methods. Whenever possible, we work with trusted providers who share our commitment to protecting sacred ecosystems and ensuring these medicines remain available for future generations.
As stewards of these sacred gifts, we believe that honoring the medicine includes honoring the land, plants, animals, communities, and traditions that make these sacramental experiences possible. We encourage all participants, facilitators, and community members to approach the sacrament with reverence, gratitude, reciprocity, and respect for the natural world from which it comes.
