What is the Temple of the Lotus's sacrament? ＋
Our single sacrament is 5-MeO-DMT, a powerful entheogen from the glandular secretion of
Bufo Alvarius (the Sonoran Desert Toad). We serve this medicine and no other. We believe it facilitates
transcendence of ego-illusion and direct communion with Divine Creation.

Where are ceremonies held? ＋
Our ceremonies are held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The exact location and arrival
details are shared with you once your intake screening is complete and your place is confirmed.
What will I experience? ＋
Experiences vary widely. Common descriptions include Samadhi (non-dual consciousness), ego death,
feelings of unconditional love, and transcendent white light. Some experience catharsis — tears,
depersonalization, or anger. “It's so beautiful I can't put it into words” is frequently reported.
How do I prepare? ＋
We recommend breathwork, meditation, gentle yoga, setting a single clear intention, practicing
surrender, and a preparation call with your facilitators. Seven days prior, avoid recreational
drugs, alcohol, red meat, nicotine, melatonin, and 5-HTP. Consult your physician about any prescription
medications, especially SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, and antidepressants. No caffeine the morning of ceremony.
How long does it last? ＋
The active journey lasts approximately 15 minutes. But this is only the beginning —
integration unfolds over days, weeks, and months as unconscious material surfaces. This is Soul Retrieval: the

Why can't I take the sacrament alone? ＋
5-MeO-DMT is one of the most potent entheogens available. Solo use risks loss of bodily control,
falls, involuntary thrashing, purging (risk of asphyxiation), and psychological emergencies. Our trained,
CPR / BLS / AED-certified facilitators provide pre-screening, preparation, intensity management, physical and
psychological support, medical readiness, and integration guidance. We never serve someone journeying alone.
Is the toad endangered? ＋
Bufo Alvarius is listed as “Least Concern” by the IUCN. We treat the toads reverently, as
sacred emissaries of the Divine Creator, and honor ethical, sustainable sourcing of the sacrament.
What's the difference between N,N-DMT and 5-MeO-DMT? ＋
DMT (“the Spirit Molecule”) brings surreal, visual, visionary journeys.
5-MeO-DMT (“the God Molecule”) brings transcendent consciousness often devoid of visuals — it
mimics a near-death experience with full ego dissolution, and is associated with Nirvikalpa Samadhi, union with
Divine Consciousness. We serve 5-MeO-DMT only.
What does “ego death” mean? ＋
A rising above conditioned, fear-based consciousness. To your Ego this feels like death; to your
Soul it feels like liberation — a return home to the place of Creation, and access to endless Peace and Eternal
Love.
Will the sacrament cure all my problems? ＋
No. The sacrament is not a panacea. It can reveal hidden truths and guide you toward healing, but it
cannot do the work for you — that you must do yourself, through integration. It acts as a wise counselor and
guardian, never a substitute for your own effort.
Why is there a “no-touch” policy? ＋
To maintain a physically, emotionally, and spiritually safe container. Facilitators practice a
doctrine of non-interference with journeys, intervening only for safety, and honoring participant-initiated
requests.
Is the Temple of the Lotus a cult? ＋
No. Genuine spiritual paths develop wisdom from within; cults direct consciousness outward to
charismatic leaders. Our sacrament's purpose is to free the mind, not to control it.
